Questions about order status
Where do I find my order number?
The order number is in the email or message in which we confirmed the price, the deadline and the terms of your order. If you cannot find it, write to us or call us from the number you used to place the order, and a coordinator will tell you the status personally.
Why is a phone number needed?
Medical and legal documents are personal information. Checking the phone together with the order number ensures that only the owner of the order can see its status, not anyone who happens to learn the number.
