One form for every service. Choose an area, upload a document or simply describe the task, and during working hours you will get an answer: what we can do, what it will cost and how long it will take.

What happens after you send a request
-
Confirmation
Your request is passed to the relevant specialist: a translator, a lawyer or a coordinator. Nobody but that person can see your files.
-
Assessment
The specialist looks at the document and contacts you through your preferred channel to clarify what you need and for whom.
-
Price and timing in writing
You receive the exact price, the timing and a description of who will do what. Up to this point you pay nothing and are under no obligation.
-
Your decision
If you agree, we start work. If not, we delete the files as soon as you ask, or automatically within 30 days.
Contact channels: which to use for what
Every channel goes to the same team, so there is no need to send one request in several ways. Choose the one that suits your case best.
| Channel | Contact | Best for | Files |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phone | +995 501 113 200 | Quick questions, booking a visit, urgent matters | You cannot send a file during a call; upload the document through the form after the conversation |
| +995 501 113 200 | Short messages and checking the status of an order | Please do not send medical records through this channel | |
| info@solidaroba.ge | Formal correspondence, invoices, contracts | Up to 25 MB; the form is better for sensitive files | |
| Online form | At the top of this page | A price assessment for any service | Up to 25 MB, over an encrypted connection, straight to the specialist |
| Office | 116 David Aghmashenebeli Avenue, Tbilisi | Handing over originals, face-to-face consultation | By appointment only |
Working hours and response time
You can send a request through the form or by email at any time of day or night, and messages received outside working hours are reviewed at the start of the next working day.
The first reply is written by a person who has read your request, not by an automated system. If we need to study the document in full to set an exact price, we will say so in our first message and give you an approximate timeframe.
We handle requests in the order they arrive. The exception is urgent cases, which we review out of turn; the rules for them are described in a separate section below.
What to send us: a checklist by service
The more complete your first request, the more accurate the price and the fewer follow-up questions we need to ask. Below is the minimum we need to start an assessment.
-
Document translation
A scan or clear photo of every page of the document, including pages that carry only a stamp or signature. Tell us the target language, the country and the institution where you will submit the translation, and whether it needs notarisation.
-
Apostille and legalisation
A copy of both sides of the document, the country where you will use it, and whether you have the original or it still has to be obtained from an agency. If the document is in another person's name, we will check in advance whether a power of attorney is needed.
-
Treatment abroad
The latest discharge summary or Form 100, the most recent imaging and test reports, your preferred country or clinic if you have already chosen one, and a rough budget. Do not send imaging discs (CT, MRI) at the first stage: if the clinic asks for them, we will request them separately.
-
Legal matter
A short description of what happened and what you want to achieve. If you have received a written refusal from an agency or insurance company, send it and state the date you received it, because the deadline for an appeal often runs from that day. In a dispute, attach the contract or policy.
-
Urgent medical transport
The patient's current city and clinic, the destination and receiving clinic if already known, the treating doctor's contact number and a brief note on the patient's condition. In such cases, call us first and upload the documents through the form after the conversation.
Sending medical files securely
A medical record is one of the most personal documents a person has, and the consequences of a leak are almost impossible to undo. So when sending files, please follow a few simple rules.
- Use the form where possible. A file uploaded through the form on this page goes straight to the specialist over an encrypted connection and does not leave copies in shared mailboxes.
- Email only when necessary. An ordinary email is not always encrypted in transit and can stay in both parties' inboxes for years. If you have no other option, do not write the diagnosis in the subject line.
- Messengers for short questions. A file sent by WhatsApp stays on both parties' phones and in their backups, so it is hard to control its deletion. Use the form for medical records.
- Only what is needed. If the order concerns one discharge summary, there is no need to send the whole medical archive: the fewer files you send, the lower the risk.
- Another person's documents. If you are contacting us on the patient's behalf, make sure they or their legal representative agree. Where necessary, we ask for written consent.
How long files are kept and when they are deleted, as well as your rights, are set out in the privacy policy.
Urgent cases
If the patient is in a critical condition and you need a transfer or an urgent translation today, choose "Medical air charter, critical patient" in the form and write "urgent" in the description. We handle such requests out of turn and, as far as we can, reply outside working hours too.
We will call you back
Leave your number and a convenient time: a coordinator will call you during working hours, listen, and tell you what you need and what it will cost. The call commits you to nothing.
Already placed an order? You can see where it stands on the order status page.
Office and visits
Most services do not require a visit to the office: we receive documents online, and a courier collects and returns originals. A visit is useful when a notary needs the original or the matter calls for a face-to-face conversation. In that case we agree the time in advance so you do not have to wait.

Frequently asked questions about contacting us
How quickly will you reply?
During working hours we send the first reply as quickly as we can. Requests received after working hours are reviewed on the next working day, and urgent cases straight away, as far as we can.
Can I send a medical document by email?
You can, but uploading through the form is safer: the file arrives over an encrypted connection and is not stored in email inboxes. If you still choose email, do not put the diagnosis in the subject line, and send only the pages the order needs.
Do I need to visit your office in person?
In most cases, no: we receive copies online and originals are moved by courier. You need to visit in person when a notary must witness your signature, and in that case we agree the time of the visit in advance.
Can I contact you on behalf of a family member?
Yes, it is often relatives who write to us instead of the patient. A copy of the document is enough for an assessment, but some procedures, such as obtaining another person's certificate from an agency, require a power of attorney, and we will tell you about this in advance.
In which languages can I write to you?
Georgian, English and Russian. Family members living abroad can write to us in any of these three languages, and we will send the price and terms in the same language.
