Service catalogue for patients and their families

Ten service areas on one page: from document translation and apostille to organising treatment abroad and, for international patients, in Georgia. For every service we tell you the price before you order, and you know in advance what we do ourselves and what we do with the help of partners.

Where to start: choosing a service for your situation

Ten service areas, one point of contact

Choose a category and see which services it covers. Each service has its own page, where the process, the documents required and the timescales are described step by step.

How we set the price

The pricing rules are the same across all ten service areas. The only difference is what the amount depends on: in translation, the number of pages and the language; in legal work, the stages; in organisation, the suppliers' quotes.

  • The price in writing, before you confirm

We state the exact amount after seeing the document or the task, and you receive it in writing before confirming the order. The agreed price does not rise during the work unless the scope changes at your request.

  • Fees as a separate line

State fees, the notary's charge, the consular fee, flights and the clinic's invoice are shown separately from our service fee, so you can see exactly which amount goes to whom.

  • Volume and speed

The cost of translation depends on the number of pages, the language and the deadline; the cost of legal work depends on the complexity of the case and the stages required. Urgent work is priced separately, and we tell you so in advance.

  • No link to the amount raised

The fee for a funding application, a crowdfunding campaign or loan mediation is fixed and does not depend on how much money was raised.

You can see an indicative translation price right now with the translation price calculator: choose the document type, language and volume. The calculator result is a guide; the final amount is set after we see the document.

How the service works

Whatever the service area, every order goes through the same four stages. This means you always know where your case stands and whom to call.

  1. Request

You describe the task by form, phone or email and, if possible, upload the document. The coordinator passes the request to the specialist who works in that service area.

  2. Written offer

You receive a description of the work, the price, the turnaround and a list of who will carry it out, including the names of partner organisations. Receiving the offer does not mean confirming the order.

  3. Delivery of the work

Work begins after you agree. At the end of each important stage, the coordinator tells you what has been done and what remains.

  4. Handover and closing

You receive the finished document electronically or by courier. 30 days after the case is closed, the related files are deleted from our system.

What we do and what we do not

This domain used to belong to the Solidarity Fund of Georgia, so it is especially important for us to explain our role precisely.

  • The price before you order

For every service we tell you the price and turnaround after assessing the document, before work begins. The assessment is free.

  • We name partners in advance

If a partner carries out the service (a clinic, a courier, an airline), we tell you its name and terms before you order.

  • Confidentiality

Medical documents are visible only to the staff working on your order. We share nothing with third parties without your consent.

  • We are not a fund, a clinic or a bank

We do not fund treatment, do not lend money and do not provide medical services. Our work is documents, consultation and organisation.

Frequently asked questions about our services

How do I find out the price of a service?

Upload the document or describe the task using the contact form. We assess the document and tell you the price and turnaround before you order. The assessment is free of charge and does not commit you to placing an order. We only start work once you confirm.

Do you carry out every service yourselves?

No. Our team handles translation, document preparation and consultation. We select and coordinate clinics, courier companies, airlines and other partners. We tell you in writing, before you order, who does what.

Do you provide funding for treatment?

No. Solidaroba.ge is a private company, not a fund. We help you find sources of funding, prepare the application and organise a crowdfunding campaign. We do not accept donations and do not fund treatment.

Can I order a service from outside Tbilisi?

Yes. We receive scans or photos of documents online and send the finished documents by courier to any town in Georgia. You only need to come to the office when the notary asks to see the original.

Why might the final price differ from the calculator result?

The calculator assumes a standard page and a normal turnaround. The final price is affected by handwritten or hard-to-read text, a large number of tables, a rare language and an urgent deadline. We name every such factor in the assessment, before you confirm the order.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe your situation in one sentence and leave us your number. We will tell you which service fits and what it will cost. The consultation is free.
