Form 100, discharge summaries, laboratory test results and imaging reports, translated by a translator who knows medical terminology. Also personal, court, education and financial documents, with notarisation where needed.
Medical document translation, apostille and support at every stage of treatment
Solidaroba.ge takes the paperwork of treatment off the shoulders of patients and their families. We translate and notarise Form 100, discharge summaries and legal documents, have documents apostilled and arrange treatment abroad, while disputes, wills and guardianship are handled by partner lawyers. You will know the price before you order, and as a rule you will not need to come to the office.
In short: what Solidaroba.ge does
- We translate medical, legal and personal documents from Georgian into seven main languages and back, with notarisation where needed.
- We prepare documents for use abroad: apostille, consular legalisation, power of attorney, certificates from public bodies.
- We arrange treatment abroad: choice of clinic, visa documents, flights, an interpreter, care after you return. For international patients, we arrange treatment in Georgia at licensed clinics.
- Legal cases are handled by Advocat.Ge lawyers: finding funding, medical and insurance disputes, wills, guardianship, inheritance.
- We are not a fund: we do not fund treatment and do not accept donations. Our work is paid, and we state the price before you order.
Ten services: everything you need around treatment
The services complement each other. Surgery abroad, for example, needs a translation, an apostille, a visa and a flight all at once, so we handle everything as one order with one coordinator.
-
-
We work out whether your document needs an apostille or consular legalisation, prepare a power of attorney and obtain certificates from public bodies in your name when you cannot be in Georgia yourself.
-
We send the translated documents to several clinics, compare their offers and plan the trip: visa documents, a flight that meets the airline's medical requirements and an interpreter on site.
-
When a clinic, an insurance company or a state programme turns you down, Advocat.Ge lawyers review the case. They also help you find funding and protect your rights as a patient.
-
We deliver documents by courier in Tbilisi and the regions and send them abroad by DHL. We keep them in an encrypted digital archive. We serve clinics and insurance companies under contract.
-
When a state programme and insurance do not cover the full cost, we help the family set up a charity campaign lawfully, correspond with charitable funds and compare the terms of medical loans.
-
After discharge, the home has to be ready for the patient. We arrange clinical cleaning, a caregiver and medical equipment, and we supply medicines not registered in Georgia under the required permit.
-
When someone is seriously ill, the family has legal worries as well as medical ones: a will, recognition as a recipient of support, guardianship, accepting an inheritance. Lawyers handle these cases, and we prepare the documents.
-
We arrange the transfer of critically ill patients through licensed operators: a medical charter flight with an intensive care team, an ICU ambulance to the airport and full logistics for the family.
Priced individually, a coordinator calls you within the first hour
-
If you are an international patient planning treatment in Georgia, we help you choose a licensed clinic and obtain written offers, and we arrange the visa, airport pick-up, accommodation and an interpreter. The clinic provides the treatment, and one coordinator guides you through the whole trip.
Who we help: five typical situations
People rarely come to us with a single document. More often the family is in a difficult situation and does not know where to start. Below you can see how we break such situations down into steps.
-
Surgery in Turkey
The doctor has recommended surgery, and the family is comparing prices and looking at clinics in Turkey. The first thing they need is an accurate translation, so that the clinic can quote a price based on the actual test and scan results.
- Translation of Form 100 and imaging reports into English or Turkish
- Offers from several clinics and a side-by-side comparison
- Flight planning and an interpreter at the clinic
-
Cancer treatment in Germany
The diagnosis has been made and the family wants a second opinion from a European tumour board. Time is what matters here: the histology report, the discharge summary and the latest imaging must go out within a week, and longer treatment requires a national visa.
-
Transferring a critically ill patient
The patient is in intensive care abroad and the family wants to bring them home, or the other way round. A scheduled flight will not do in such a case, and everything starts with the doctor's report.
-
Inheritance and guardianship
A family member is seriously ill or has died, and the family has questions: who will manage their account, how to accept the inheritance and what the deadline is. Often one of the heirs lives abroad.
-
Documents from abroad
Someone living abroad needs a diploma, a criminal record certificate or a bank statement for a new job, studies or a residence permit. Travelling to Georgia just for that is expensive and impractical.
How we work: four steps from order to finished document
You do not need to come to the office to find out the price. We confirm the terms of the order in writing, so that no unexpected costs appear at the end.
-
Tell us what you need
Choose a service or briefly describe your situation. If you do not know which document or procedure you need, we will work that out too.
-
Upload the document
A scan or a clear photo from your phone is enough. The original is only needed for notarisation and an apostille, and we can collect it by courier.
-
Confirm the price and deadline
Once we have seen the document, we send you the exact price, deadline and state fees in writing. We start work only after you confirm.
-
Receive the finished document
We deliver the finished document electronically, by courier or by DHL. We delete the files from our server within 30 days of completing the work.

Who works on your case
A mistake in a medical document means losing money or time, and sometimes both. That is why each service area is led by a specialist, and every order has one coordinator who sees it through to the end.
Partners and principles
-
Advocat.Ge: legal partner
Legal consultations, complaints, court representation, wills and guardianship are handled by this firm's lawyers. They also review the pages with legal content.
-
translationbureau.ge: translation partner
Translations into rare languages and large orders are carried out together with our partner bureau, under the same quality control.
-
targmanebi.ge: translation bureau in Tbilisi
Interpreting, translation into less common languages and notarised translation of standard documents are provided together with a translation bureau that has offices in Tbilisi, Batumi and Kutaisi.
-
The price before you order
We quote the exact price after seeing the document and list state fees separately. Once confirmed, the price does not change while the work is in progress.
-
We promise nothing that is not in our hands
No one can promise you that funding will be approved, a visa issued or a court decision go your way. What we make sure of is that your application is complete and correctly prepared.
Frequently asked questions
Is Solidaroba.ge a state fund? Do you pay for treatment?
No. Solidaroba.ge is a private company's service portal. This domain used to belong to the Solidarity Fund of Georgia, but we have no connection with the fund, the Ministry of Health or any other state body. We do not collect donations and we do not pay out money for treatment. Our work is paid: we translate, prepare documents, arrange treatment and provide legal help. We also help you find funding, but the money comes from a state programme, insurance, a charitable fund or the family's own campaign, not from us.
How much does a medical document translation cost and how long does it take?
The price depends on the length of the document, the language, whether notarisation is needed and how quickly you need it. A standard translation is usually ready in 1-3 working days, an urgent one on the same or the next day. We give you the exact price and deadline after seeing the document, before you order: upload a scan or a clear photo and you will hear back shortly during working hours. The estimate is free and commits you to nothing.
Does a foreign clinic require a notarised translation?
For a consultation or a second opinion, most foreign clinics are satisfied with an accurate translation without certification. Notarisation, and sometimes an apostille as well, is required by embassies for visas, by insurance companies for reimbursement, by courts and by some public hospitals. Before you order, we check what the specific recipient requires, so that you do not pay for certification you do not need or end up with an incomplete document.
What is the difference between an apostille and consular legalisation?
An apostille works between countries that are parties to the 1961 Hague Apostille Convention: a single stamp is placed on the document in Georgia and no further certification is needed in the destination country. If the country is not a party to the Convention, consular legalisation is required, meaning certification by several authorities, including the destination country's consulate. Based on the document type and the country, we tell you in advance which route you need and how long it will take.
Can you arrange treatment abroad from start to finish?
Yes, step by step or as a single package. We send the translated documents to several clinics and compare their replies, prices and timelines. We then prepare the documents needed for the visa, plan the flight around the airline's medical requirements and provide an interpreter at the clinic. After you return, we translate the discharge summary into Georgian so that your local doctor can continue the treatment. Medical decisions are made by doctors alone; we are responsible for the arrangements and the documents.
Who handles legal matters, you or a lawyer?
Legal work is done by the lawyers of our partner law firm Advocat.Ge: consultations, drafting complaints, representation in court, wills and guardianship. We prepare the case: we collect and translate documents, request certificates from public bodies and keep track of deadlines. This way the family deals with one contact person for everything and does not have to collect the same document several times.
What happens to my medical data?
By law, health data is a special category of personal data, and we treat it as such. We use your files only to carry out your order, store them encrypted and not on a public server, and delete them within 30 days of completing the work unless you ask us to keep them longer. We send a document to a third party, such as a clinic or a notary, only with your consent. Details are in the privacy policy.
Do I have to come to the office?
In most cases, no. You upload the document online, we confirm the price in writing, and you receive the finished translation electronically or by courier in Tbilisi, the regions or abroad. You only need to come in person when a notary needs your signature, for example on a power of attorney. Even then there is often a remote option, and we arrange a notary visit for a patient who is in hospital or at home.
I live abroad. Can you act on my behalf in Georgia?
Yes, this is one of our most frequent orders. On the basis of a power of attorney we obtain certificates and registry extracts, collect medical records from the clinic, have the apostille affixed and send you the finished package by DHL. The power of attorney can be executed by video link, at a Georgian consulate or before a local notary with an apostille. We will tell you which route suits your case best in our first conversation.

An independent private portal, not a state fund
This domain used to belong to the Solidarity Fund of Georgia. Today Solidaroba.ge is a private company's website: we have no connection with the fund or with any state body, we do not accept donations and we do not fund treatment.
The Solidarity Fund still operates and runs part of the state referral programme, but through its own official channels. What the fund does today and how to apply to it is explained in a separate guide.
If you came to this site looking for state assistance, our free guide shows which body to contact and what documents you will need. If you want an application prepared or a refusal appealed, partner lawyers can do this for a fee.
